I know, I know I haven't posted pictures! I am trying I really am. Our desk top computer has really started to bit the dust! And I can't load pictures. So now I have to figure out how to get the pictures off of Travis's external hard drive thingy or what ever it is called! But I am trying. I promise.

Happy St. Patricks Day

Just wanted to wish everyone a happy St. Patricks day! We are having a good day. Kyle is spending the night with us so I have lost him and Travis to the world of XBOX 360! But that is ok, Dancing with the Stars and American Idol come on tonight so I will have something to do. Keep tuned pictures to come! I am trying.

Sorry

I know that we have been back for a couple of days and that some of you are waiting to see pictures and hear all about our trip. But see the thing is that there is sooooo much tell and so many pictures (over 1,000) that I don't even know where to begin! I have tried alot of times to start posting pictures, and telling stories but it is alot harder than you would think. I am writing this as I am cooking dinner, but I am going to post pictures tomorrow. It is going to take more than 1 post, and lots of time. But starting tomorrow I will post I promise. Stay tuned because there is so much to share!!!!

New Bedroom!

1st Anniversary!

A year ago today we got married! Can you believe it has been an entire year already?! Well it has. Today was a really good day. Since this was Travis's first Sunday back in town, he wanted to go to church. So we did. It was so nice to get to see how appreciative people were of him. When church was over we came home and bundled up and drove up to the mountains. Travis had really been wanting to see snow. But since it doesn't snow here in the valley, we thought we should go to higher elevations! So we packed up Dewy and off we went. By the time we got to Pigeon Forge it was raining. We were a little worried that it was just going to rain all day and we wouldn't see any snow. But we trekked on anyway. And the higher we got, you could notice the rain turning to snow. It was a really sudden change to. Just all of the sudden it went from raining to snowing, and green grass to white ground. It was kind of cool.

We went up to Cades Cove and drove the loop. We didn't really see much wildlife. But we did have lots of fun playing in the snow. There wasn't really anyone else there (that we saw anyway!) so we got to stop and play in the field of snow. Dewy and Travis thought that it was the best time that they had ever had.

We finished the loop and started home. It was a little more scary coming home. It was darker and alot colder. So a little more slippery, but we had no problem really. It was sad to see the snow disappear. Once we got back into town we both decided that we were hungry. So we stopped and got some of the best Mexican food that we have ever had! It was sooo yummy.

Our first anniversary was a really fun day. I just hope the rest of them will be just as much fun! Thanks everyone for the presents and cards!
