Well finally the week is over. Me and Travis have been married for ONE WHOLE week. It is exciting but kind of depressing since I have been by myself since Monday. But I am fine and counting down the days until he comes home.
I have been cleaning most of the day so I thought that I would take the time to write and let everyone know how the week has gone. Well, Travis left on Monday and I went to work. My friend Mary Beth came to keep me company. Tuesday I cleaned the bedroom and then went to work. Wednesday night I went out to lunch with my friend Emily. And Thursday was the same as Tuesday nothing but work and Tucker. But Friday was more interesting I went to dinner at my Aunt's house with my mom. It was really fun. So as you can tell this has been a slow boring week. But there has been some exciting (not in a good way) things happen. And they of course all happened since Travis has left and I can't fix them so I am waiting to for him to come home and fix them. The first not so bad thing was all of the light bulbs blew over the kitchen table and I have no light bulbs, but when I get some I can fix it. The next is the desk top computer has been attacked by some virus and I am the most computer illiterate person EVER!!! It takes 30 minutes to load anything.Luckily we have a laptop that I can do everything on. But it so frustrating. But the last worst thing is last night our cars were EGGED! I went out last night and my car was covered in eggs. I thought that it was just mine, but later I looked at it was not they got Travis's Jeep and his old Acura! It was obviously meant to be direct hit on us because we are the only people who got egged. And they got the INSIDE of the Acura. Which means they knew that it is always unlocked (it doesn't lock, which is part of the reason that we got a new car). We have suspicions and next time it happens I plan on filing a police report.
Obviously Travis knows nothing of this stuff, so it should be interesting when he comes home... in 8 days!! Hopefully next week will go by faster with no more excitements.

Welcome to Marine Corps life! Ask any wife... when the guys go to the field, things fall apart. Kids and dogs get very sick, washing machines or other appliances break...... the list goes on and on!! You will be amazed at how you will become MRS. Fix-it!! Sorry about the egging too- I think you should file that police report now- especially since we suspect who might have done it! Love ya
WHERE ARE YOUR PICS FROM THE WEDDING?? I need to see your beautiful smiling face...welcome to the Marine Corps family! You need to come out to Cali and visit your sis and I!!!
