Lonestar

Last night me and my friend, Mary Beth, went to a free Lonestar concert. We had so much fun. It was Cotton Eyed Joe's and it was for a great cause. It was held to raise money for St. Jude's Children Research Hospital. I have never been to a concert before and this one was amazing. We were right up front. I mean FRONT ROW! Mary Beth even got to talk to one of the guys in the band. Lonestar was awesome to see, but I have to say there were other things that were just as fun to see. It didn't start until 9, well we didn't know that so we were there before 8. We saw this lady who had to have been drinking since like 4! She was so very drunk. She was trying to hit on this teenager and dancing all crazy. But she was enjoying herself. Guys were hitting on Mary Beth like crazy, one even grabbed her butt on our way out the door. But she had had a few drinks herself, so she couldn't figure out who it was. She was just laughing a lot. She had a blast being away from her kid last night. Which I am so thankful that Travis babysat last night so that we could go! It was so much fun and I really needed it.
